This was a carefully considered project, mapping out the goals and gaps between clinical trial representation disparity in the United States in 2023. The success of this film has launched both a series and campaign on this ever-evolving topic, as even the FDA firms it's requirements for greater representation parity in clinical trial data.

Merck commissioned this project with goals including an unbranded point-of-view from experts in the field working to narrow the gap within representation disparity.

Cinematic influences included Ava Duverney's 13th, Questlove's Summer of Soul, and the motif of mirrors for the strength representation provides in this story's context.
